Looking at the survey of which ones are our favourites, I wonder if kids were voting , if the results would be any different . How much are kids these days into zombies and monsters ? Or are they all the rage? I wonder what percentage of these are sold to kids , as compared to adult collectors. Just trying to work out which ones will sell best. And if there is 5 of a figure in box, does that usually mean it won't be a hot seller in the reseller market?

I'll ask my 7 year old daughter tomorrow what she thinks overall and specially which ones she likes.

Hi

I consider this the price to play. And I get to feel out the elements and perfect my technique in the comfort of my home rather standing around store full of distractions hoping little Timmy doesn't kneecap me when he realized i have the last zombie cheerleader in my hand.

If I can't figure out what's inside within 20 seconds, I rub them on my genitals to secure extra time.

The point is, you have to plan ahead

I think it's safe to say in that store you are the distraction.  I only hope little Timmy can avoid your exposed genitals when going for your kneecaps.  Haha! :-)

Is the perspective in this picture freaking anyone else out? Given the door tracks, it seems like we're UNDER the boxes. If Series 14 figs defy gravity, it only adds to their awesomeness and I may have to buy another box.

Shopping for LEGO is easier when no one else is in that section.

Simpsons series 2 minifigures, were available for a significant discount on amazon france if I remember correctly.  Any sign of the Monster minifigures?  I poked around their site but did not see anything.

Yup, it was $180 USD per box with shipping included. Not sure if I really wanna bite on this $235 per box deal....

I just sold a box of these things for $500...works for me.  I have another box and not sure if I want to sell the entire thing or split it and sell two full sets of 16 and keep one for myself (I mean my kids).  Not sure what is best.  Stopped in another Target this morning and they had two cases in the back but only allowed me to buy one.....as in one packet...woohoo.  There was a paper on the boxes stating not for shelves until 9/1.

do the 60 ct boxes have the characters in the same locations?

ie front middle is bigfoot or is the placement random?

The boxes are filled by hand, by LEGO employees.  There is no rhyme or reason otherwise.

I'd be curious to know how an assortment is put together, since they are supposed to be the same for each case.  If employees have to grab them by hand out of an already sorted pile, that doesn't seem very efficient.

Weren't you complaining about receiving a different assortment buying this way & not getting the 3 complete sets...?
