TomOOO Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 HiI just received the new lego 42042 technic crawler from Amazon UK today (not market place), and the box came with no packaging. Ie it was just a lego box with the address label and various other bar codes stuck to the lego box. Obviously the box is damaged, with scrapes and damaged corners - bit of a mess really. Has anyone else had a problem with Amazon not using any delivery packaging for Lego, clearly this is a no-go - at least it is just for myself, not a gift or for investment. I have complained of course, and am waiting for an answer.Not lego but we had something similar with amazon uk it was a cofree machine when my wife complained she ended up getting about 20% discount.
