Batman Minifigure Lot (Rare?)

I'm deciding if this is a good opportunity for me to hop on this deal, and sell the figs individually.

LEGO BATMAN MINIFIGURE COLLECTION (31 RARE/RETIRED MINIFIGS) - $350 http://longisland.craigslist.org/tag/5101360629.html

There are quiet a few that are up there in price on eBay (night rider, batman, scarecrow, etc) but I'm not sure of the $350 is too pricey for such a collection.

I'd say no if reselling and give it a good long thought if collecting.

That is the other thing I was going to say, definitely a chance that these are fake.
