Within a year. Seriously though, it'll likely take a few weeks but they should be showing again. My personal theory is that "TOoS - expected xxx" gets applied when LEGO Shop at Home already has a new order in process from the factory, where as "Sold Out" means that they haven't requested a new order yet.
