exciter1
Whether I do or don't, the statement holds true.Even for our family buys, Amazon is sometimes the best and most cost effective option.
Phil B
No discerning buyer would ever purchase from a 3rd party Amazon seller. Most of what I buy on Amazon is from third-party sellers. Granted none of that is Lego.
Migration
Whether I do or don't, the statement holds true. It’s funny how ingrained one’s beliefs become even with all evidence pointing to the contrary.
pharmjod
He's not wrong. Any discerning buyer with half a lick of sense when it comes to LEGO would buy the same set on eBay at a substantial discount. Hence they are not discerning.Sent from my PH-1 using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

I guess Amazon.com inspires confidence as buyers know Jeff has their backs regarding scams. Ebay is still the wild west in comparison.
pharmjod
I agree with you (though eBay is far from the wild west even by comparison to Amazon. Buyers still have the upper hand on eBay). I just wanted to point out that the original comment is in fact accurate and not just "ingrained [irrational] belief".Sent from my PH-1 using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

Has nothing to do with weather they’re discerning or not.
