humanvege
Hi, I remember reading this somewhere here last year but couldn't find it anymore. Tried to do a search and the results were not truly relevant. Can someone explain what the different orders status means? I am particularly interested in knowing what is the difference between "backordered" and "waiting for new stock." How are these different on LEGO Shop at Home? Tgnmonster
From my observations over the past half year:1. Waiting for new stock - "We have nothing for you"2. Backordered - We have stock in, but have not yet assigned it to you. But this is good news, as we have enough that you'll get your order. humanvege
Thank you! Do you know if "waiting for new stock" means they will eventually cancel the order if they can't fulfill it, say in 30 days or so?
Tgnmonster
I've never run into that problem yet (cancelled order), although I'm sure others have. I had one wait for a bit over 45 days before it finally came in.
