Here is the limited edition model given out to those who participated in the LEGO Inside Tour of 2015. With only 80 of the set given out at the event plus signed by Steen Sig Andersen makes this one extremely rare. I believe there is a printed plaque tile similar to those of the Architecture line inside so that's nice.
