hendrikdejager
So i was browsing on Bricklink checking out expensive parts. The following part is very expensive (avg $10 each): http://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?P=3680&colorID=86It is very rare and suddenly this sellers pops up with a lot of them for 50% of the price: http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?sID=63257&itemID=73357353152(as i type this) in stock and he already sold 210 (buyer history). So how did this guy get +/- 350 pieces of a part that has been out of production for nearly 5 years? Could it be that he is "stealing" them from the Factory (He is from Denmark) and that this item is in one of the to be released 2015 sets? What do you guys think? Huskers1236
Ask Lego if they are making it again. I think they know that information, or at least have seemed to know that stuff when I have talked to them in the past about part availability. That part has really gone up in price, I remember needing one for The Burrow a while ago and I don't think I paid anywhere near what they are asking right now. Guest brickcrazyhouse
just throwing out a guess. Might not be Lego at all but a knock off. I would hope someone would have looked for the element numbers but maybenot
tractorboy
I need 4 of those to finish my Cafe Corner. Might just bite the bullet on those as it hasn't been used in a set since 2011.I noticed a similar thing recently with this printed piece, exclusive to 4000014 Legoland Train gift set: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3004pb121There's a seller with 30 of them and I assume they didn't part out fifteen €1000 sets to get them. Was wondering how they got hold of them or if they're even ligit? Two other sellers have multiple units too.
@rtisan
He`s also located in Denmark, so could have some connection to TLC. I know some sellers who do, it`s very possible.
