for parting out: try for cheaper

Critically, is this complete including minifigs?  If yes, then its probably a buy.   If not, then no way.  Minifigs make that set.

I'd buy it for the PPP because I'm in need of more pieces for MOCs. But otherwise, if there's no minifigs it's a no.
