TheOrcKing Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Amazing! That's an understatement. IT'S ****ING AMAZINGLY, LUDICROUSLY, AWESOME! .....or something like that. I've somewhat followed this guy's work and was kinda wondering how much longer it was going to be until this project would be complete. Well, there it is. Quote
Blackjack Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 It's kind of sad that for a topic with this name, it only has as many views as it does. :( Quote

Darth Lego Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Most people dont want to waste their time if the title doesn't describe at least a little what the post is about. True. Quote
Ed Mack Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 The coolest LEGO creation I have ever seen. Quote
cflannagan Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 WOW! Anyone care to estimate how much this whole setup costs? All this is LEGO Mindstorms, right? As a software engineer, I've always wanted to own LEGO Mindstorms and do some fun programming. That's one good reason for me to go into LEGO investing - to help me pay for my future ownership of LEGO Mindstorms Quote
Geiss Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Ok that is pretty much porn for us lego fans, especially those of us who became engineers thanks to playing with those little bricks. That is awesome. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 It's kind of sad that for a topic with this name, it only has as many views as it does. It seems to depend on the timing of when the thread was posted originally. I've found that certain times of the day seem to get more views while other times get more responses. It sounds like it should go hand in hand but not always. A lot of threads has a number of views yet no one has posted a single response if any. Well heck, I started a little thread asking which one is better overall and was hoping to hear some of the pros & cons of "flickr vs Brickshelf vs MOCpages". Barely got 83 hits (don't know which ones are unique) and four other people cast a vote on the poll. Sometimes it seems for poll threads that not many people leave a reply at all. I guess it just depends on how much the question actually caught their interest to begin with. Quote
wesman888 Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Gee... I did not know mindstorm can do this... Speechless... Quote
Blackjack Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I've built a little with technic and it is HARD! Quote
CNH1974 Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 ... I hadn't. Nothing to do with investing. But superb. It's rare that a youtube clip keeps me engrossed for 7 minutes. Quote
stephen_rockefeller Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Someone posted it a few months back in the forums somewhere......people were going nuts over it. Quote
CNH1974 Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Ahh I behind the times again. I only "found" it because I clicked on youtube and it was second from top. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Balls.Yep. Lots and lots of....balls. Who know Lego maniacs liked to play with something else besides their bricks all day? Speaking of which, I find it a little funny how some of the recent Friends sets have the ol' basketball or soccerball piece from Lego's Sports days. Ahh, the memories. Joking aside, these mechanical contraptions are quite the work of art. Quote
