Same guy for both, check out his flicker he's done so many amazing builds. No I don't think he sells instructions, but he does have a book out about building scale models from lego. Quote

That book is mesmerizing - I have it at home (the two authors are fellow Dutchmen ) and I regularly peek into it. Features models from several builders, known in the AFOL spheres. One of the authors has another locomotive in that book as well, equally impressive. 1 Quote

I know for a FACT that batman left his keys inside, so I'm assuming joker just stole it and is simply joyriding, jango....maybe he just likes go-cart racing in his free time...
