Guest betsy805
Congrats on the success Justafrog!! The photo above is inspiring. I hope to get myself slightly more organized once the kids are in school....still rockin' the ziploc bags in a storage tub organization right now. Question for those that use bricksync....is there a way to upload brickowl cancelled orders back into bricklink inventory without manually adding each piece? DadsAFOL
Question for those that use bricksync....is there a way to upload brickowl cancelled orders back into bricklink inventory without manually adding each piece? Yes, Bricksync saves a BSX file of every order in the directory. Either add it back directly in bricksync or open the file in BrickStock and use the upload function. tacsniper
Does Bricklink have a feature to just calculate USPS shipping rate base on what was ordered?
justafrog
Does Bricklink have a feature to just calculate USPS shipping rate base on what was ordered? They have this rolled out for seller's, it's not highly useful yet (at least to U.S. sellers) last I tried it and it's not visible to buyers. It's part of the planned rollout of immediate payment on the site, a la Brick Owl's current functionality.

2x4
With the USPS shipping auto calculation, it's something I've been meaning to get around to... but now I can't find the spot on bricklink to set it up... I know it was mentioned somewhere on the forum a long time ago, experiencing technical difficulty... Any help much appreciated

house72
I've bought a few items to say the least from numerous people on brinklink, but my last order has me a little upset. I ordered the parts I need for a MOC, after I placed the order I noticed I need 4 more small parts, so I emailed the seller to let them know I needed to add more items to my list. So 3 or so days go buy I get an invoice, and the parts aren't on there, so I emailed the seller numerous times through email and bricklink message system, but no response. What should I or can I do? I guess I can pay for the items on the original invoice and buy the 4 parts elsewhere, or just forgo my whole order, and order everything elsewhere. I ordered these items July 13th, it's been 9 days and the seller hasn't responded back to me. The place has a $30 min purchase so I can't buy the 4 pieces on a new order since they only cost 2.00 . I feel if you ( The seller) can't respond to one of my messages I sent in 9 days time, you don't care about me or earning my business. Any advice is appreciated. stackables
I would cancel the order and find another store that wants my business.

Have you paid the existing invoice yet? As long as the invoice in the "processing" state, just place an order for the next 4 parts and it will automatically add them to the existing invoice. Not much the seller can do about it except reissue an invoice or cancel the order (in which case they're the reason for it, not you). Guest betsy805
Has anyone else noticed Paypal having no address on file for a bunch of bricklink customers? I want to say about 6 of my orders this week have no address on file for paypal even though a couple of them have numerous orders from me and I know for certain they had addresses on file previously!! Oh yeah. I have had that a few times. Kind of an irritant to go into multi order shipping on paypal to input all of the data when it should already be there. Also having a problem with people not updating their addresses properly. Out of 16 orders last month, 3 had incorrect addresses in Paypal and 6 had no address on file. I want to say about 6 of my orders this week have no address on file for paypal even though a couple of them have numerous orders from me and I know for certain they had addresses on file previously!! Paypal has been meddling with their software and removing addresses. As such, I have to manually reenter certain addresses as a buyer for each transaction if I pay through paypal's "new and unimpressive" interface. If a seller sends a direct link, then my paypal addresses seem to be saved as it uses the "old" interface. I contacted paypal about this and they know about it and don't care.I don't know if this 100% answers your question, because it is only from a buyer's standpoint, but it might help. thoroakenfelder
I have a 6206 sealed and it is the cheapest sealed one on Bricklink. A guy wanted me to send it without the box for 1/3 of my price. basically the same as a used set. what would you have said?

I would have said that I would sell it at the same price and reduce the shipping cost by any appropriate amount (if there is a difference). If you respond at all, respond politely. Ignoring a lowball offer is also fine, but I tend to answer them.
