beartrapper
I got two labels mixed up and shipped a technic plane overseas using the global shipping program that should have went to MI, where I sent an Endor Battle Pack lot. The customer in MI contacted me to get it resolved, but I dont offer returns in my sales so there doesnt seem to be a straight forward way of creating a return shipping label for them. I don't want to create any additional work for the buyer in MI as he's been good to work with so far. I've got a 100% positive feedback over 250 and want to keep it that way. Is there an option within ebay or paypal that I'm missing to create a return shipping label for them? The customer who received the technic plane is holding it for ransom until he receives the correct item, so I'm thinking with him I'll try to follow the same process, and worst case scenario I have to refund him and he keeps the plane. diablo2112
Apologize profusely to both buyers, offer each some % rebate (25-50%), and send each the correct set from new inventory, then have them return sets to you. You can create shipping labels for them via UPS or USPS. Unfortunate situation, but recoverable.
Elkkthunder
This happened to me once I worked with sellers and sent them each a label for the item and asked them to direct ship I was hoping they would comply and they did Offer them some money for their time to ship and aggrevation
DoNotInsertIntoMouth
Yeah I've gone through this more than once. Just create a label for them and then send them a PDF of it and see if they can print it out, etc. and do a USPS pickup. Its riskier, but in a few cases, I have had them ship them directly to each other. Usually I try to talk to them on the phone and make sure they understand and are cool with it. Its not a fun situation. Most of my cases have been with minifigures so I have just let them keep them and shipped them the right item. but obviously with sets it's different
