7783 The Batcave - phenomenal set, phenomenal figs.

I agree.  I bought this last year intending to sell it but I can't because It's a really beautiful piece and a nice rendition of the 1980s Batcave.

One of the best all-time minifigure driven Lego sets in my opinion.  Too bad it didn't forgo the fragile  Bat-blade for a boat or more real estate.

I would love to see some of these older sets "updated" - a modern take on it, with new, modern parts

Thanks to the help of some fellow BPers, this small project is now complete

This scene is desperately calling for 1-2 Ewok Villages!

So this probably doesn't fit exactly in this thread, but it's Lego-collector/builder related so here goes.  My wife relented and is allowing me to put together a Batman display in the dining room.  I have now a 7783 Batcave (as mentioned earlier in this post), and the Tumber on display.  I will be includingthe new 60s Batcave when it's released, and have an offer out on the 7784 Batmobile.  The question is this: I have room for one more display set, and I have a 6860 Batcave or a 7785 Arkham Asylum to include in the display.  I like the idea of the fully complete Batcave/Batmobile lineup, but Arkham Asylum has better Minifigures and is a better/rarer set.  Thoughts?

Edit - I also have an original 7781 Batman Two-Face Escape I could probably wedge in too, as well as a boatload of newer Batman/DC Minifigures.

Me too which is one reason why I had started this topic a while back for anyone who has not seen it yet.
