Alpinemaps Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 60051 High-speed Passenger Train with my son. I've never built a LEGO train or one with Power Functions. Took me back to my youth, building HO scale trains - I even thought to myself "this is a bigger scare than I'm used to." 5 Quote
Armor Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 (edited) Not a standard Lego Set but its created by me. When i'm not shipping lego sets and not working working at a day job I to have some fun with grey bricks. This current set is the 2.0 of my profile picture. I am about to break it down to make a 3.0 of it, thought id share it. I have had a huge inspiration from the Halo series type ships and the 40k warhammer series is currently growing on me currently as well. I'm going to try and work on a warhammer inspired ship as well later down the road. And here it is with the fleet. I can go more into depth and show other sets that I make but i'm currently lazy and just cropping the pics took me some time. Edited July 23, 2017 by Armor 4 Quote
Popular Post Fenix_2k1 Posted July 24, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 24, 2017 Destinys Bounty from Ninjago Movie. Unbelievably enjoyable build and when you consider it's only 2/3 price of Silent Mary it's incredible value. The Dragons heads are fantastic. 13 2 1 Quote

Yeah 15000 pieces. I was contemplating purchasing a 10030 but pricing it up I don't think his will be much more expensive to build. I'll save that for next year though with the rumoured UCS MF round the corner. Quote

Shewie Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 (edited) Just fiinished building this stylish amazing little MOC. One of the best little projects I've assembled lately. You can build this one just by using parts from 10242. British Racing Green is spot on and works wonderfully with this little aeroplane. It's rather fragile and not intended to play around that's for sure. Edited July 25, 2017 by Shewie 6 Quote

Cheese Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 Where did you get the instructions for that massive ship and approximate cost. Thanks. You can get instructions from rebrickable. Search medical Frigate. It's the one at the end of empire strikes back. I'm selling it if you're interested. Looking for about £1400 for it. Quote

THAT WAS THE WRONG, SYRINGE! "...On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad is this...?" "...How does CHERNOBYL sound, Carole?!" "Hey, guys. What does this say "SN?" "It's because you're reading it upside down..." "OOOOOH." "Now move it to the right..." "I am moving it to the right!" "No, your other right." "Gah! Stupid helmets. I can't see out of these things sometime." "I heard some new ones came out. You should put in the first order for them." Edited July 26, 2017 by TANV Missing text. 1 Quote

ponderingzissou Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Ares from Woman Woman Warrior Battle. I didn't buy the Marvel set with the large minifigure so this is my first time building one. Nice build. Legs have pretty much the same range of movement as a regular minifigure. The arms are on ball joints so even more range of movement is possible. There are stickers for the toro that I didn't apply. The face is one piece and is printed (only printed piece in the build). Here are some pics showing how the legs, arms and head work. 3 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 My son and I are on a tear and we built TLBM Clayface set. Love it!Next plan is to mod the arms to actual articulated fingers. Someone on EB shows how to do it without using any additional parts. 4 Quote
Zelgazra Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 Spent most of Monday sorting. Was thrilled to learn everything is Old Grey! Spent most of last night building! (some "building" paraphernalia has been redacted for the children...) Holy x32 Greebling Batman! Scored for $240 CAD all in, sold erroneously as a 6211. Should I file a SNAD?? ? 9 Quote
