Popular Post Poppy2612
Just finished 10243 Parisian restaurant. 3rd modular build after PC and PS. By far the best so far! The roof section is just gorgeous. I'd buy that by itselfHad a bit of help from my 4 year old which was fun
uaford
Finished up the last of our CL find...The SW Snowspeeder 75049. The two At-Ats are in trouble now that we have built their nemesis. Lol. Fun little build...but probably wouldn't be worth the $68 price these are going for on Amazon or the $50 price elsewhere.
CrabslayerT
Built the City Rally Car 60013, Liked the shape and styling of the car, reminded me of some of the old B class cars from the 80s for some reason. Maybe it was the spot lights on the front or a wide body kit. Anyway, Loved the Built and not a bad price either at £6.

I swapped the white rims for the black ones in my 60053. They both look better that way, I can load up a pic of it later. AFOL_JZ
Found this polybag (30523) for The Lego Batman Movie at Walmart yesterday. Worth the $3.99 just for the 6-barrel that the Joker holds. Also built the 9392 Quad Bike today which I picked up on eBay for NIB recently. Great little build.

That's a lot of parts to gather for one step. Grebbling. Lots and lots of greenling. 16x! Ouch! So I attach it all and flip the book over (it's a large instruction book) and notice something... 2x?!? Yes. Go back to step one and do everything again. Oh my aching fingers. Here's the greenling: Here's what it looked like this afternoon, after attaching the two halves: Here's what it looks like tonight, having gotten another 10 steps into it: Oh my God I did the exact same thing. Got finished with the first half and saw the "2X" and my heart sank.

Alpinemaps
10030 update - 81 pages in. Still a beast. And very fragile.

Alpine, it doesn't get any less fragile either. Be very careful when picking up the different sections you build. I had to rebuild the bridge because it completely came apart at one point. It is an absolutely amazing piece when completed, however. I like mine better than 10179 when built. Not bad for a big triangle. Make sure to add additional brackets to different parts of the inner frame to prevent future sagging. The more the better. The brackets are the blue and grey technic brackets in your picture. I did that to mine and it's been displayed for four years now with no sagging. I can't seem to find pics I took of my inner frame but I did find a picture of the sag issue.

Fortunately for me, I'm going to tear it down as soon as it's built - this baby is going up for sale. My 9 year old got up on the table today to compare it to herself. It's longer than she is!

It's a beast! It's also one of my favorite Lego sets of all time. I don't think I can ever get myself to sell it. Here's a pic of me holding the inner frame on mine. I think the set is pretty solid with the exception of the long panels that are held on by magnets. Good luck with the sale, although you're not going to need it. I believe you got this for $100 so your return is going to be nice.

It was missing maybe 100 parts, nothing too expensive except for the bley on bley antennas (about 17 of them were missing). And the sticker. I replaced this sticker with a knockoff, but openly admit that. I won't apply it anyway, but will include it in the sale. PS - good t-shirt.

Alpinemaps
Another 10030 update. Built the other half of the bottom. Probably faster since it's a mirror image from the day before. 104 out of 225 pages complete.
Popular Post Kevink24
Ordered some track from Brick Coaster (https://www.brickcoaster.com/) and then Bricklink'd the brown pieces to make it look like a wooden roller coaster. We then modified it with power functions and technic chains to get a working lift hill. Need to modify a few other things, but the darn kids keep playing with it and getting in my way! Wort becoming an official set (and I mean it in a good way). Consider lego ideas maybe.
