TargetZero
I think they have more value then any other megablocks, because it's kinda realistic military stuff, which would be a BIG seller if lego did some. but they wont.. I think IMO, that it is an awsome collection... i Edited March 18, 2016 by TargetZero

Thanks for the info The hovercraft almost made it into my collection but unfortunately it arrived from tru.ca in its original packaging and was banged up very bad. I had to return it. A little girl was holding tightly in her arms a little Lego set, and after looking for a long time at the mountains of sets we carried, she asked her mum "That one is mine, right mommy?". Darn, I felt terrible,I try to buy online whenever possible these days.

jeff_14
This is why you check the Walmart clearance area a few aisles down from the Lego aisle. I wish I could say I got all of these on sale (just the B-wings and walker at $50 each), but given that these sets are all EOL and most have already appreciated nicely I had no problem pulling the trigger on them. Sets like the Phantom, the Droid tank and the T-16 all went EOL earlier than expected so I don't foresee a problem moving these quickly and very profitably. Funnily enough, I only stopped in at this Walmart because it was on the way from the Staples I went to to buy a box to ship a Star Destroyer, and a TRU that I was heading to to get the discounted Fortress Smash sets plus some batmobile polybags. And even when I went in, I almost missed these as they were in a different spot than the usual clearance area. Looks like somebody found a misplaced box or three in the warehouse. Picture doesn't show it but there are 2 bwings and 4 laketowns, just 1 wolfman. Edited March 24, 2016 by jeff_14

It's like finding lost treasure when you find a clearance section in the middle of nowhere! Another good place to always check is the locked glass cases in the outdoor/hunting section. I've found exclusives and such locked away in them before (like a post EOL Sea Cow).

I have note seen that myself, but it reminds me of a recent visit to Dufferin Mall where the TRU has all the IDEAS lego sets behind a locked glass case in the video games desk adjacent to the lego aisle. I have never seen anything like that with Lego before. Makes you wonder what scoundrels are up to at that location.

I will weight it and see if it's ok. But is in a good condition and seal too. But maybe those scammer have a technic to unseal seals without a trace. Saw a video on youtube that a dude openned the smaller boxes without seals(the one you push a half circle). withi a heat gun and re seals it. No trace at all.But with the seals... Hope there is no way
