Looks like it... glad I snatched 10 cargo trains. we will see if they will ship it. Now why can't they screw up on the $199+ sets :P.

ya, I am one of them who got banned.  I got a new identity, new address, new credit card and everything was fine for several orders.  Until other people report if there order is shipped or not, I won't know if I am banned........again........ or just cancelled for other reasons.

My order of 2 Cargo Trains was cancelled, but my order of 1 seems to be going through, odd.

How do you know if your order was cancelled?  I had two separate orders.  My one for the Technic truck got the final receipt but my other order (which I placed first but is the bigger order) still hasn't had any response other than the first confirmation notification email.

It says "order cancelled" in the status, for me at least.

I did the sign up on the spot thing so no account to check order status...  was expecting a cancel order email if so or else how would I know.

Nevermind, I just called and they said all orders are just waiting for pickup.  As soon as they are picked up I will get the tracking info so I am good to go!

I think my order of 2 may have been cancelled because it was close to when they reverted the price, so i expect my order of 1 will be fine. Actually purchased this for myself, always wanted a working LEGO train :)

How is this any different then going into store and seeing a item mis labeled on the shelf. They have to sell you the product for that price. Do online purchases have different rules? Or does Walmart just chose not to abide by them?

It is pretty much a joke.  A call into them and at first they said it was because of CC.  Called CC and everything is fine.  Called walmart.ca CS back, and they said just order the items again........well duh.....it is double the price now.  Asked for supervisor.  Oh a supervisor will investigate and call you back.

I hope WM will introduce e-interact on their website soon. A lot less headache not having to deal with such issue.

They all put "these purchases are subject to pricing errors .. and if there are, we can cancel the order" terms into online sales. Our outdated legislation allows that to be sufficient reason to cancel an order. It's like having a pricing mistake in a flyer - once discovered, if they put a sign up in the store saying "sorry, our bad" then they don't have to honor the price for anyone else.

So in this case, they put that in the terms you agree to making a purchase and you're out of luck if they cancel.
