@gravtation Am I correct to assume you'll clean up the greater Montreal area? :)

Some have described (in another forum) finding good deals, 50% off, in B.C. so it's probably worth having a look.

I wish I could .. but I'm really busy .. this is why I liked the fact that I could look on their weird WEBSISTe before going into store for nothing .. now we need to go and might not be worth it at all !

I'd like to know where in BC! Definitely not in my neck of the woods.

It was reported in Vancouver at some Lougheed mall Walmart. This is second hand and 36 hours old information, don't take my word for it!

Speaking of 50% off, Milano dropped to $44 each but sold out right away. :(

I also noticed that, it sure was a nice deal.

For how long, though? I think I got the last ones?

Don't worry, I think start from passing Wednesday there is a restock of JW theme sets all over Canada.

Although they are gone from on-line, I believe you will have a high chance find some in local WM store in next week.

Wouldn't rest too long thou... I think they may have been just given 2 boxes (of 4) RE for each store, all 6 of the walmarts within 10 minutes drive for me each had only 8 total. they are disappearing quite fast.  even TRU's IRs (in damaged boxes no less) went from 8 sets down to the last 2 in the past couple of days alone.  Dino-rush is on! :-)

wow.  picked up a bunch of exo suits and a few service trucks for technic parts.  Skipped on the train, they always release a new train so I don't think I could make more than 50% after taxes and fees.

just noticed you mentioned the truck which I linked after your post.  I was too excited going to the site and making an order to even finish reading your entire post LOL.  Thanks!  I ordered a truck and exo suit.

I picked up some 60052. At 50% off I think there's some meat on the bone there :P

I was parting out the train set in the summer for ~$160US after fees and I kept all the track for myself. If prices are close to what they were, there is a LOT of meat on the bone.

I was looking at it from a sealed set stand point.  If I start parting out sets, I need to buy a bigger house again.

You can part them out and have them sold in ~ 2 weeks for 100% of your buy-in.  Better than selling it sealed right now if you are tight on space

My store has a very small amount of bricks, I mainly just sell sets.  Parting out is an area I am not sure I want to get into.  Almost any set at 50% off is a good parting out set.
