my famly collects them my son, my wife and myself each want diffrent ones, though we are having a hard time justifying the price tag

Especially when the accessories don't contain a single new mold.  I'll get one of each, and my son will want some, but I don't see any "can't miss" investment figure in this series like the Romans and Spartans of the past.  The Hun and Goddess will be sought after, maybe the Musketeer guy.

i dont see the minis as a good investment, we just like to collect them

I'm the same way, I just hunting and completing a set. I also enjoy building my Lego-built displays to put them in, even if it is getting expensive.

Been here for some time and thought I would finally put up my first post!!!  Anyway,  I can't miss these because I have collected every single set of CMF's lego has made (except Team GB).  Although They are not the most exciting minifigs, I will be all in but will probably not be buying a whole box full!  BrikPicker Rocks!!!!

I'm going to avoid the set for investment purposes.  There's a few in there that my daughter and I will want to pick up (maybe half of them), but otherwise, that's it.

I used to be a big proponent of the CMFs as investments, but after the quite collectible Series 10 and Simpsons CMFs, the Series 12 is rather weak IMO.  At least the  Series 11 had some unique looking characters, but the Series 12 looks like a repeat of many older Series.

And Female Scientist from series 11... can't believe how expensive it got though

Perhaps the research institute driving up the price?  I bought a bunch of these and stashed them hoping they'd jump in price but I haven't checked recently.  Might be time to unload them.

looks like a similar case breakdown in those pictures as the simpsons - rarest figs are 3 per case (7 figures), 4 per case (6 figures ) and 5 per case (3 figures including video game guy).
