chinothegeeko Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 It's that time of year again! Link to last year's topic http://community.brickpicker.com/topic/7719-nfl-playoffs/?hl=nfl Hopefully my Seahawks can start the dynasty and win back to back. Only major threat in NFC I see is Dallas in NFC Championship if they both get there. Hoping for a Pats- Seahawks or Steelers-Seahawks! Go Hawks! Quote

As a Seahawks season tix holder, I'm also rooting for the 12th man team. GB is tough at home but Sea has home field advantage throughout. Quote
marcandre Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Lifelong Lions fan here unfortunately. Be interesting to see how our defense plays against Dallas. We could have beat GB but made a lot of dumb mistakes as usual. Probably do the same against Dallas. Quote
Huskers1236 Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Dallas will choke in the playoffs. It's pretty close to death and taxes. I don't have the rooting interest in NFL since I was always a Raiders fan and they've sucked since I was in college. I'll be rooting on the Packers. 1 Quote
legopocalypse Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Browns fan here so I'll be rooting for the Bengals Quote
wsuskee Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Go Seahawks. I see us playing the Lions and not Dallas. Remember this is at Dallas where they struggle. Quote
hepcatpunk Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Lifelong Cowboys fan here----don't buy the choking meme this year. This is a tougher team than years' past----think we make it to the NFC Championship game at minimum. Seahwaks have such an easy path though as that first game for them will be a cupcake. Quote

Dbroncoboy Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 As the name states, I'll be rooting for the "washed up, dead armed, Peyton Manning" lead Broncos 1 Quote
justafrog Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Go Wolverines! (My NFL team is out of the playoffs, I'm looking at next year... and since my team's management apparently decided they'd rather start having losing seasons again... ) Otherwise: Go best teams! The playoffs are almost more enjoyable when I don't care who wins. 1 Quote

LegoManiacc Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I'm torn...raised in TX but spent the last half of my life in MI so I get to see my two favorite teams fight it out. I'll be rooting for the Cowboys and if it happens, will be sorry to see the Lions lose after the season they put together. Quote

chinothegeeko Posted January 5, 2015 Author Posted January 5, 2015 Great weekend of football even though the Lions got screwed on that bogus reversal of PI. Bring on the Panthers. Go Hawks! Quote
terrymc4677 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I'll be at the Packer game this Sunday with my dad (you know, the one I drag to shopko every senior day). We have season tickets, and can't wait to attend Ice Bowl II. -33 wind chill in GB yesterday. I hope the cowboys pack some hand warmers! The only way the Pack loses this game is if Rodgers isn't at least 75%, which he will be. If any Wisconsin brickpickers are attending and need a place to park my house is only five blocks from The Frozen Tundra. Shoot me a pm. GO! PACK! GO! 5 Quote

Seriously, I would love to check out a game at Lambeau, and I'm not really an NFL fan. Quote
matt1147 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 My sisters husband and all his family is from GB and they've brought the packer fandom down to SW MO. I've always liked Favre and Rodgers. Great QBs. I'd like to see Rodgers get another SB at some point! 2 Quote
justafrog Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Rooting for the Cowboys (my cousin's favorite team) and the Ravens (any Harbaugh is better than no Harbaugh ) ... but in general, Go Teams! Do the thing! Win the points! Quote
citymorgue Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I hope either the Cowboys or the Panthers make it to the super bowl on the NFC side. Why you may ask? Well, because I absolutely cannot stand the damn seachickens, and the cheeseheads. I can't stand the seahawks, because they all of the sudden think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread in the NFL. And the fans are among the worst I've seen. And I've experienced Raider's fans... I can't stand the packers because of a damn co-worker who on a weekly basis I had to hear about how it's Karma because Jim Harbaugh got rid of Alex Smith. Like he's done anything stellar at KC... He's still the same mediocre QB that he was with the 49ers.(Full disclosure, I'm a 49ers fan.) As far as the NFC is concerned. I'm pretty indifferent. I don't like the Patriots though, so anyone other than that, I would be ok with going to the super bowl. Quote
odysea11 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Go Cowboys! America's Team! I have to call you out on this Trek......the Cowboy's are no longer America's team....enter the Broncos!! Quote

hxckid88 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Any team that ever gets dubbed Americas team I route against. So stupid. It dosnt even make sense..... Most of America dosnt like you so how r u our team. Huge football fan and I am loyal to no team and have no NFL team. So I can be unbiased. Tom Brady is best qb to ever play the game. Joe flacco has numbers in the playoffs that no other qb will ever have. Seattle fans are great. Green Bay fans are better. Jj Watt is the best defensive player we will see for maybe ever. The rams will be reslly reslly good within 2 years. Andrew luck is by far the mvp. Disagree with any of the above.... Talk it up. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Brickpicker mobile app 1 Quote
