supergtp1 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 A seller has been able to get some:http://www.ebay.fr/itm/Lego-The-Joker-Bumper-Car-30303-Polybag-NEW-/201270504852?go figure, it's Texas Quote
exciter1 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 go figure, it's Texas Texas has the most unstable trucks in the country. What else are they smuggling in with LEGO? 1 Quote
sroster Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I hear those LEGOs were eastbound and down. If they don't get those SSDs to emazers in Texarkana they will be out a case of Coors. 5 Quote
zskid00 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Maybe it's redirected cargo from the dock strikes that somehow got "lost" along the way. Hmmm.... Quote
terrymc4677 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Raven mentioned that he found some at a Lego discovery Center a couple of weeks ago. If you have one nearby, you might want to check there. Quote

Still the only time I have found them. Its a strange poly as for as limited as they have been sales are nowhere near what rocket was. I assume people just feel they will be available and are being patient this round. They sell at 15-20 which by no means is bad but when Rocket was Canada only at first they were $25+ for awhile. This one has had less availability to start and never came close to that. Its not a TRU exclusive either so maybe there will be a wide release at some point. Who knows just things I've noticed on there sales so far. Quote
lodibricks Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I can't even bring myself to pay $30 for the Riddler Chase set, so I'd really be kicking myself to buy a polybag near that price and later see it on a shelf for $4.99. I'm waiting it out. They can't all be in Texas. Quote

AFAIK this Rocket Racoon minifigure only appeared in the polybag. To me that would have to affect the price. 1 Quote
supergtp1 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Now selling down at $13 only one a day... Not sure this will do well once the hoard hits. Quote

TheOrcKing Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Where is this thing? I've never seen it in any store or online except for eBay.Supposedly at Toys R Us in the near future whenever that will be retailing for $3.99. There was a product page on Toy R Us' site but they took it down for some reason. 1 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Brickfan has some new info on the polybag. Bottom line: Lego might be mad at TRU for the way they handled the Bricktober promotion (selling the sets for $20 instead of doing the promotion as it was intended - free with purchase of a set amount). Lego seems to have pulled this polybag from TRU, and is giving it to Target. It has appeared in Target's inventory system with a DPCI attached to it: 204-00-0479 and a UPC as well: 673419233743. It's supposed to be showing up in March or April now. /edit: Lego might be mad (not made) at TRU... 3 Quote

dcdfan Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 doesnt that have something to do with price matching amazon.com? if so, Amazon prices that they would be matching would be for 3rd party sellers not Amazon proper. Also about the "matching," they seem to always be the same dollar amounts. DS moved to several price points before landing back down to RRP. ToO & PS are always the same price. I doubt that Amazon 3rd party would coincidentally be the same price all the time. Quote
