blue leader Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Just scored 3 at target. Heading to another target now Someone has just struck gold. Quote
marcandre Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Raleigh NC. Nothing at the other two targets. The target I got these from had all the new friends and disney stuff out. I dont know the names of it all but Emmas house was one. Going to research the flip value and maybe go back. There are four 41062 to a carton. Item number for a search at target is 086142474 Quote
tractorboy Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Sold one for $150 already holy crap, nice. Quote
tractorboy Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 I wouldn't have thought retailers would allowed sell these early. There's gonna be a lot of irate parents calling Lego over the next few days if word gets round that these can be bought in shops. Quote
c4dreams Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 I know there used to be a very effective way to search Target online with the DCPI, and it was discussed on a thread here before (a long time ago), but I can't find how to do it. Anyone know? Quote
Crustybeaver Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 two amazingly nice employees pulled four cases out of the back room for me 16 total. Steak and Champagne dinner for you tonight fella Quote

PurpleSnurple Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Baaaah.... seems like if you live north you're not gonna strike on this one... lucky southerners. Quote
holleman67 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Baaaah.... seems like if you live north you're not gonna strike on this one... lucky southerners. Well if you need help filling your shipments, send them to me to make it easier. Quote
labfreak7 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Usually stuff arrives west and sout. Us northeast folks are always out in the cold; literally. Quote
PurpleSnurple Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 I wonder if this means other states will start to see this one soon too... man I hope I find some before Xmas. Quote
supergman Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Called three stores here (MD), said stock is expected first week of Jan. Quote
PurpleSnurple Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Called three stores here (MD), said stock is expected first week of Jan. Yeah I tried MD too, they just said "none." How'd you find out it's coming in Jan? Can they see the shipment somehow? Quote
holleman67 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Called three stores here (MD), said stock is expected first week of Jan. Hey you are stepping in my territory! :-)Yeah I tried MD too, they just said "none." How'd you find out it's coming in Jan? Can they see the shipment somehow? Quote
PurpleSnurple Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 healthy competition. Nah, I'm actually further south but I have friends in MD and was just curious to try calling surrounding states. Quote
NWL14 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 (edited) damn, none at my Target. I think you guys are right. They probably have them back in the stockroom, but aren't allowed to put them out on shelves until January. But somehow, some stores are allowing them to be sold right now. For those of you who were able to buy these, was there a smooth transaction at the checkout, or did it not register in their system and they had to call a manager over to help out? I'd hate the latter. Edited December 11, 2014 by NWL14 Quote

One had 5, one had 3. Also got some Ariel's Undersea Palace and Emma's House Quote
ravenb99 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Same everything rang up like normal on all 3 of the new sets Quote
adewar Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 None at Acworth Target. Any neighboring targets worth hitting? Quote
ravenb99 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 None at Acworth Target. Any neighboring targets worth hitting? woodstock, canton, and kennesaw all say none in stock. Quote
ravenb99 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 woodstock rd had 16 this morning. cough.cough. buckhead showed stock an hour ago - I won't have time to hit it today. I know!!! LOL, I didn't hit the closest one to my house first!! Bad mistake I went by Buckhead and they were not out yet. In back I assume. Perimeter had 5 and Milton had 3 left Northpoint has 16 but in back and would not put out Quote
banshee3 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 i checked near me and nothing. We dont even get the luxury of an online catalog for our targets. Lame. Quote
Britsnap Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Midtown Atlanta has 2 left. Had 16 two hours ago, had 8 10 mins ago, manager let me have 6. I'll keep one for my daughter for Christmas to go with my sons minecraft- keeps the Santa magic alive when they receive presents they know they can not get in a shop. I will sell the others on eBay. I have a daughter who is 5 and last year was crazy for Frozen stuff- the sort of crazy that lots of people don't understand. Doesn't help to undercut each other on these, they will sell at whatever price, one is listed on eBay at $199 and I think that is a good market price, no point leaving money on the table. Lego collectors will not be buying these, dads will be buying them. I paid $125 last year for a $19 stuffed Elsa doll and was happy to do it. Watch target get a slap on the wrist for selling them early- just like amazon did when they sold lego minecraft early. Quote
