Yeah works much like vip from lego store except you got a limit of $40 in giftcarfs. Last to Nov 24th from the looks of it

My location sometimes has older stuff, but generally I haven't found many great deals. I'm planning to go this weekend anyway so it is worth a look.

Depends on the location. The only Mars Rover I ever got was at a Mastermind.
