TheOrcKing Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Word is this Chima polybag is appearing in the seasonal candy section of Target for Christmas. I haven't seen it myself yet but perhaps you might. Source: The Brick Fan Quote
minicoopers11 Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Good. Hoping to see the micro manager battle one with Wyldstyle too. Come on UK, stop hogging the good polybags! Quote
Young_Gun21 Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 I have no idea who Frax is in the Chima world but it looks like cool minifigure. Quote
MartinP Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Cool polybag. I will definitely be checking Target for these when I stop by. Quote
biniou Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 I was not able to resell those, even for a cheap price. I can't blame people, I think it's not appealing. The minifig reminds me an orange Woody Woodpecker and the vehicule is far too small. I gave my polybags as freebies with the big chima and ninjago sets I sold. 1 Quote
Ed Mack Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Chima has the coolest minifigures. Period. 2 Quote
inversion Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Chima has the coolest minifigures. Period. Darth Malgus from SW and lots of Super Heroes figs are cooler in my opinion. Tumbler figs anyone? 1 Quote
ravenb99 Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 The Chima figures definitely have some great originality compared to licensed minifigs. Just stuff you haven't really seen before. The Super Heroes and SW we all relate to as there common to us. I do agree though Malgus is a great figure as well as the Ledger Joker figure. Quote
Ed Mack Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Sure, there are plenty of cool minifigures, but for a non-licensed theme, the Chima minifigures are pretty elaborate. Quote
inversion Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Sure, there are plenty of cool minifigures, but for a non-licensed theme, the Chima minifigures are pretty elaborate. You say they are better than ninjas (non-licensed)? How dare you... Quote
biniou Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Chima has the coolest minifigures. Period. Yeah overall those are great. Eris is really great for example (to compare Frax with another flying warrior). But I have a problem with the design of the flying minifigs (phenix, bats, vultures). I don't appreciate those. The eagle tribe is really great though. Phenix tribe is the worst IMO because their beaks and hair cut make them dumb. Quote
lodibricks Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 I'm surprised to see the praise after all the Worriz Fire Bike jokes. ha Does look cool though. 1 Quote
Ed Mack Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 My son plays with them so I see a lot flying around the room. The Rhino and Croc helmets are awesome. Ninjago has some awesome ones as well. Quote
Deadfraggle Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I've been to three different Targets. Can't find them at the checkout, with the seasonal candy, or in the Lego aisle either. What gives? Quote

So what do you see in the seasonal "stocking stuffer" section? The Targets near me have this Chima, Friends Jungle Boat & a Duplo apple polybag. I haven't seen a Duplo polybag before, but there's usually a boy and girl polybag at Xmas time so I wonder if you have something different (or just not put out yet). Quote
biking_tiger Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Cool minifigures, sure... but their aim on the TV show is about as good as GI Joe back in the '80s. Quote

Unusual to say the least. Quote
