Thought a lot of you would find this interesting.  This was a deal offer sheet from over a decade ago when I lived in Florida.

1 glaring set shows up on there for sure.   The back story on this deal was these prices were all high at the time when it was offered to us.  Also crazy how times have changed in the fact these quantities of deals do not surface anymore.  Shows you how different the LEGO market was as compared to now.

You should punch those numbers into the Lot Calculator to see what they're worth nowadays...  19,108 UCS Yodas would have cost you $866,547.80 but today is worth $8,046,952.04.

I looked at a few, the Vaders were doing well.  This was a liquidation at the time so these were all "bad" selling products back then.  Thats why the quantities were so high too as they never sold to begin with.  Just crazy that were that many available.  Especially now seeing BP exists and 1000 Exosuits can go in a few hours.

No kidding... and something like 30,000 Rovers are believed to have been made and those poofed within mere months. Online shopping isn't the same today as 2003 either though. So many more people online AND shopping.

Yeah internet sales have come a long way. Selling formats were so different too. Much more auctions back then with no best offer available. I remember 2nd chance offers had just come out but everyone could see them and would get upset you sold it for less to another person. So it was hard to move bulk quickly. Plus it was all about 40-45% which was to high. A few months earlier i had purchased a 20k closeout of harry potter and bionicle sets for 20-25% so this wasn't anything special then. I save a lot of stuff like this just because its fun to look back on it

I promise that if you had 19k Yoda sets they wouldn't be worth 400 bucks each.  Their value today is in there scarcity relative to the number of people that would like to have them.  If there were 19k new sets on the market they wouldn't be scarce anymore.

Dude, just having fun with some numbers. Here's a couple more... for 19,108 Yodas.

- You'd need a minimum 10495 cubic feet to store them all which is roughly equivalent to a 32' wide x 32' long x 10' high storage unit filled 100% full.

- If you could sell them for $421 per, you'd pay feeBay $810,179.20 to sell them all.

- Feebay would charge yo

Where are the flashback photos of emazers boxing all 19k yodas up and saying buy yoda now or you'll be sorry...then adding oh wait i already did!!

Or an investor stating his target is 50 on this unit. Oh really? Mines 19,108..

Would also be the equivalent of seeing r2d2 on dd thread for roughly $72. How long would 19k last at that price on here.

And how many pages of threads of controversy would come if 19k of a set supposedly retiring popped up all at once
