Here is a list, from the website www.Brickset.com, of the highest selling Lego sets of 2011 (involving 'total revenues,' not units sold) from the Lego magazine, Lego Life:

1. 7498 Police Station

2. 7965 Millennium Falcon

3. 7913 Clone Trooper Battle Pack

4. 7929 The Battle of Naboo

5. 8547 Mindstorms NXT 2.0

6. 7914 Mandalorian Battle Pack

7. 2507 Fire Temple

8. 2260 Ice Dragon Attack

9. 7288 Mobile Police Station

10. 4842 Hogwarts Castle

Notice the CITY sets, 7498 Police Station and 7288 Mobile Police Station, on top or close to it. Must be a lot of kids want to be cops. From an investor's standpoint, CITY sets, while very popular, might not always be the best investment. They do not appreciate as rapidly as a Star Wars set.

The Star Wars Battle Packs are a wise investor's choice in my opinion.

Ninjago is a big seller I see. Kids must love those spinners!

What's the top 10 in terms of units rather than revenue?

The information you request is unknown to Brickpicker.com at this time. If LEGO decides to release this information to the public in the future, we will definitely post it here.
