Witch King Battle

I'm not too impressed with this set.  I do like how the scattered skeleton pieces can complete a full mini-figure.

The skeleton in many parts is a bit weird though.

 

You buy the set for the 3 (4 with the skeleton) nice minifigs, the rest is supposed to be quite useless like the "vehicules" in the SW battle packs, but IMO what is included is really not that bad for this set !

Especially the click sound is nice though it's probably some totally different source. (Sounds a bit like a metronome or a Geiger counter (though not exactly like one ;-) ).

 

How many tries did you need to hit the witch king with the catapult? ^.^

For the price point they could have just given us the 3 minifigures and I think most of us would have been happy. That it comes with some extra bricks to pad out the set is just a bonus.

Believe it or not I got him on the first try.  A relief, because sometimes it takes 3 - 4 tries.

Hah, I wondered this as well.  It's a great figure set as we get a long awaited Galadriel, a nice Elrond, and a Witch King even though it's not the version everybody wants.
