jerryherb
Anyone seen the proposed concorde on ideas? this thing looks pretty sweet and would be a good complement to the "10177 boeing 787" set but better, since the plane itself was rare/awesome, had a huge impact on aviation history and is now retired. the piece count looks reasonable and may actually be feasible for lego to make one. 10230
Looks pretty nice, although I would have expected a studless design for a supersonic airplane.

edgecrusher
This is a great Ideas MOC. I really like the engine on the cart and the ability to switch the livery on the plane. I supported this when it popped up the other day, I thought the Concorde was awesome when I was a kid.
biniou
I'm not a huge fan of its lego design, but I love the idea of a Concorde from lego... ideas. The guy thought about the nose droop, its great. No need to mention that it could be a massive winner in my country.
nolanfan34
Supported. Seems like they are due to do a larger Ideas set eventually.
beartrapper
Looks pretty nice, although I would have expected a studless design for a supersonic airplane. I guess with enough plates this could be overcome.
tractorboy
I like it, it looks great. I don't mind the studs either.
gregpj
But does it have swooshability? I think this would be a great set. This past spring I went to the Intrepid Air & Space museum in NYC and checking out the Concorde on the deck was a highlight for sure. *Edit.. Concorde's nothing... just the plane.* Edited October 10, 2014 by gregpj
TheOrcKing
But does it have swooshability? There should be a series of videos asking the question "but can it swoosh?" that is if there isn't already.
Spanky
There should be a series of videos asking the question "but can it swoosh?" that is if there isn't already. Yeah, I was seriously disappointing by the swooshability of 10181. Every time I try flying it around the living room I end up with a pile of gray bricks on the floor. I guess that's what happens when a Frenchman designs a rocket.
