Reverse engineering LEGO Architecture 21023 - Flatiron Building

This set hasn't even been officially announced yet, but a photo of the box leaked online, and I've already taken some time to reverse-engineer some sections of the model, and done some analysis of the new parts. (Hint: New colors of existing parts!) So far, I predict that this will be a fun model with some nice parts.

I was wondering when this would come out; I originally expected it to be release in January too. A bit of searching got me to this site: http://www.thehut.com/toys-lego/lego-architecture-flatiron-building-21023/11020637.html - which mentions a release date of May 30th. I wished it would be earlier, but at least now I have something to look forward to.
