Noodlenut
Via the Brickfan: LEGO has announced four days early that there will be a big announcement soon! My guess is that LEGO will be rebooting classic space, because of the test card pattern, which includes all the colors of classic spacemen. Click here to see what the Brickfan has to say about it.
Sauromosis
Does anyone remember when the Segway came out? They did these huge countdown ads, I think even during the super bowl and then it was revealed. And this reminds me of the greatest irony of all time...the owner of the Segway company died falling off of a cliff on a Segway.
Stevenplays
I've been expecting a new space line from LEGO in 2015, so if this really is a Classic Space reboot, I'll be purchasing all the sets if they're a continuation of the improvements made in Benny's Spaceship Spaceship SPACESHIP!!!. Crossing fingers.
nolanfan34
I think Brickfan is right. I would love to see classic space, but there are so many leaks about upcoming product lines seems hard to imagine a new line could stay under the radar. Ideas results seem likely. Related to the Ideas projects - is The Big Bang Theory well known outside of the US? Seems unlikely they do something like that if it is only known in the US. For a left-field guess, it's probably some sort of new TV show or something. A classic space cartoon with eventual product line would be awesome, I will say! Locutus001
Honestly I'm not sure how they will sell. If they come up with a nice new design and cool new stuff (like the cuusoo exosuit for example) it could work though.

No More Monkeys
Leaked pictures of 2015 sets did not feature classic space or dr. who, unless they were able to keep it under wraps...

trekgate502
Did Fantastic 4 revert to Marvel from Fox? I know Disney does not work very hard to promote non in house characters they own. Would be interesting... Hope it is Slave I Then Space Then Fantastic

No More Monkeys
Maybe it is the new huge 7,000 piece UCS MF remake. Fingers crossed! Though I did just buy a used one... TLC will release new UCS MF just to screw with me... They would probably make a reference to star wars, if this was star wars... Maybe they plan to announce new/returrning 2015 themes? trekgate502
Fingers crossed! Though I did just buy a used one... TLC will release new UCS MF just to screw with me... I have the opportunity to buy close by in person a brand new almost mint condition 10179 UCS MF never opened for $2,500. I just can't bring myself to do it. Though I guess if I flip it quick I could sell for $4,000 on ebay. I want to buy one for me. I take risks in this as we all do I just do not think I want to take a major single item tank risk like this one.
trekgate502
It is the new MF. Is that true confidence, knowledge or sarcasm?
trekgate502
It could be those colors top and bottom are like a movie projector reel that counts down to a film being released and in the next few days 4,3,2,1 the new Star Wars UCS MF

hendrikdejager
Maybe it is the new huge 7,000 piece UCS MF remake. Am i the only one who fears a remake of the MF? If Lego starts remaking classic sets, that will be the beginning of the end. The 10179 is iconic as is and doesn't need a brother wether it is smaller or bigger. I for one might step outta this game if they start remaking. Whats next, Caf Edited September 15, 2014 by hendrikdejager
