It's pale in color because everyone's scaring it. If everyone stops F5ing then it might get some blood back in its veins and return to its bright red color. It's been one month since Lego cancelled a number of orders. If I remember correctly, it was less than a month between order cancellations of SSD and it being listed as retired in late August.
