I sold 6 in five days but I am not selling anymore for at least a couple years. I have built one and that changed my thinking on its potential for $700-$1000. Money now is great but lots more in a few years is worth a hold now. 2 Quote

I feel you - the temptation to make some quick cash and re-invest is strong, but even waiting another 6-12 months would probably result in a much better return. I just wish I had more of them. Quote
