He just ran into a Walmart store that had those sets on sale with those prices and no other Lego collector/investor had found that But this kind of event is just to that store and should not be found in any Walmart store .... All the Walmart`s i know have stacks of the Dol Guldur Ambush for example, which they would never be able to sell if they don't mark them down further than $20. There are some exceptions though, like the corporate droid tanks they had them for $20 and people start scooping them up already, which makes no sense since you can pick those up for that price whenever TRU has their 20% off deals. Noticed that as well, some of that stuff has been on there a long time.
