I need Help identifying a lego train

This is one of the pieces of a great garage sale buy, I want to either finish it and sell or sell as is, but I can't figure out what it is or what set it is from. I need some help from the experts! Thanks!

It's from 3677 Red Cargo Train

Any idea what it might be worth in current condition?

That car by itself?  Probably not much as I doubt there is much there that is limited to that set.  If you had the car as well, you could probably get some decent money from somebody that was looking for a random train car.  $20-30 seems to be what single cars go for on ebay from sets.  If you had the whole set, that's a different story.

Considering this was in a huge box of lego for $22, $20-$30 is GREAT!
