Best place to buy Walmart gift cards?

I have been looking at sites like Raise.com and Cardpool.com (eBay as well), but wanted feedback on the best places to buy Walmart gift cards at discounted prices. Any experience with this?

I've never used cardpool, but raise works well.

Both of these options seem to be good, according to posts here. But for Walmart you won't see great deals, a few percent at most.
