marcandre Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Would you mind saying where yours shipped from? I had some come from PA that were shipped individually "nude" and some from NY that came 2 per Lego shipping carton. I have more coming from CA shipping individually, so I'm expecting bad things. Bloomington, CA Quote
33Lego Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Bloomington, CA Mine is coming out of this warehouse. fingers crossed ... Quote
toycrazedchris Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Thanks for replies. To be more specific, mine tomorrow are from Ontario, CA. At one point I thought this might be useful to track on large sets, but apparently not. Quote
dorina20 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 I got 4 SSD from walmart.com for $400 each and all 4 boxes are banged up. What should I do? I don't even know if I can sell them later as new... Any advice is appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Quote
dbost01 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 if all the bags are sealed and complete I don't doubt u will make a profit...keep them 1 Quote
33Lego Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 1 naked SSD from WM. shipped via UPS from Bethlehem, PA Quote

Any advice is appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker I would rather have 4 SSD in banged up boxes at $400, than the few I have at $500 anyday. Those purchasing this item in the far future(2-3 years from now if you can still hold them that long) when they can't get them anymore will be building them to display, not keeping them in the box. In fact if they re-appear at $400 I plan to return all my $500 ones which are all mint boxes and get them at $400. Quote
amtrak23 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 My last nudes showed up from Bethlehem, PA. A factory casepack of 2 came from Marcy, NY. The amount of money these companies waste is simply astonishing. Between TGT and WM i could easily save them millions per year, just by teaching simple box awareness lol. Quote
toycrazedchris Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 FYI - WM batch from Ontario, CA arrived today in shipping boxes. Some rough but mostly in good shape. 1 Quote
sroster Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 OK, it seems my LEGOLAND discovery center gets 2 more SSDs in almost every week on their delivery truck. I just bought 2 more on the shelves today. Are the codes for the SSD on a weird place? I have looked like crazy on the tape of the seals and do not see a code anywhere? Now I am up to 10, hit my goal! Quote

sroster Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 OK, never mind Weird Al. 20R4 looks like thanks to using a flashlight heh. That's the last run we are aware of I take it? 1 Quote

amtrak23 Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Can somebody let me know how many bags are in this set? I picked up one from WH deals and it has no instructions and appears to be missing at least the bag of parts for the base. Quote

It was listed as a repackaged item and they just through everything in a small Amazon box. Same thing for 10212. That set is worse though as the bags aren't even numbered. Quote
Bold-Arrow Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 10212 is 24 bags.. best way to do it is dump all the bags and separate by color Quote
Ambition27 Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Been looking everywhere local for this piece. At the lego store in Ontario California they told me it was discontinued and no longer available at their store. What are the chances this will appear on lego shop's website again? Quote
