gmpirate Posted April 17 Posted April 17 I have 200 to 300 units of Chinese furniture covers in FBA since last year eating up storage fees. One day one of my Chinese New Year sets suddenly had about 500 units in stock. It began selling and getting lots of returns and complaints. I notified Amazon it was not my inventory and that I had sold out a long time ago. I've called three times and opened two or three different cases to get it solved. The only response I've received to date from Amazon is them contacting me that they are starting their own investigations because of the high rate of return. For a while they were sending me big shipments of the product but that finally stopped. So now I am eating storage fees, return fees, customer returns, etc. Good news is that a 50 count of a set I sent in back in October just showed up in FBA 😃 1 2 Quote

If the answer is more than once, then probably your answer to that poll should be Strongly disagree Quote

I am Niko Posted Sunday at 12:28 AM Posted Sunday at 12:28 AM (edited) Sold a Funko Pop that was mint, shipped it in a box that had plenty of cushion (like 4"+ space on each side). Buyer received it this morning and immediately opened a return citing "Product damaged, but shipping box OK", with the comment "All 4 corners blunted". I asked if they could take photos of the item and the shipping box and they ignored it and shipped with the prepaid return label back to me. Any advice on what I should do, assuming they swapped their damaged Funko box with mine? I know the one I sent was pristine, and have photos of all sides of it with the shipping label. When I receive it back, if it's a different one, should I do a 100% restocking fee, indicate "materially different", and upload the photos of what I received back versus what I sent? Or maybe something like 50% if it's a legit copy of the same figure, but in a different, damaged box? Getting really annoyed by immoral people. Edited Sunday at 12:50 AM by I am Niko Quote

Sales are virtually non-existent at this point...can't hardly give this stuff away. Also down 50% from last year and the one before that and neither of those were very good. Bar keeps going lower...this is shaping up to be a brutal year with very little optimism on the horizon. Quote

Funko buyer are the worst box queens to walk the earth and switachroo schemes and scams are abundant in that category . Wait to see what you get and then decide. Once you get it post pics and I can try to help 1 Quote

I had the same issue, the bots opened a case "Used sold as New" - thankfully, I had all my wholesale invoices on hand, or I could’ve easily lost my account. After that experience, I decided to stop selling Funko products altogether. There were just too many complications and risks involved. Quote

Wholesale price on Funko has went up by ~50% from some distributors so unless you deal directly with Funko that line is dead for now 1 Quote

Let amazon auto refund it, then open a safety claim...."DO NOT REFUND" if you do you can't open a claim. Quote
