I would recommend telling your customer, that you can identify every Item you sent and are happy to receive the Item you sent. Get UV-marker/ink-pad+stamp and mark all your sets. But thats only valid for fbm with FBA you have to take the loss. Quote

I'd love to be wrong though. Quote

pharmjod Posted yesterday at 03:00 PM Posted yesterday at 03:00 PM Forgive me, I'm not trying to be argumentative, but if they are a scammer they probably don't care. If they send you back a different condition set than what you send them how is marking the set with a uv marker going to help? Is Amazon actually going to side with you? I'd expect most if not all scammers to call that bluff. Am I missing something here? Genuinely curious. Quote
Bold-Arrow Posted yesterday at 03:16 PM Posted yesterday at 03:16 PM Just wait till you get it back, no point of worrying about it at the moment. If it is damaged, charge a restocking fee but be aware you might get a negative feedback and might need to defend against an AZ. if it is a reasonable restocking fee and you dont have a history of damaged returns, Amazon will most likely self fund. as far as feedback goes, i stopped caring about it , i refuse to have bad actors wield that as a sword over my neck. also dont forget to report buyer. 1 Quote

I had a return for a hole in the set I was sure the customer was lying because the said the outer box wasn't damaged and when i received the return (in the same outer box i sent it ) i was able to clearly see how ups caused the hole in the set.Unless its really a expensive set it is a bit extreme to swap sets to get a better condition box. How do you report a buyer, I tried that before on a guy who in a span of a year bought 3 items FBM, returned them with figure swaps and even a crappily painted custom to try and look like the figure they stole. When I called amazon and asked if I could block them/report them or anything, they essentially said that is not possible. Fortunately I was able to get a refund for all items. 1 Quote
pharmjod Posted yesterday at 04:40 PM Posted yesterday at 04:40 PM Yeah, I can't find anywhere to report a buyer. Quote

No Amazon does not care at all, but here in Germany If you have solid prove that sets have been exchanged you can involve a lawyer. Of course there is always the risk that the buyer is broke, so you have to pay the lawyers fee. Quote
