Same but for the Friends Lighthouse. I don't think I have any left in my inventory - if I delete the listing does that make the compliance notification go away, or is still a hurdle I need to navigate?

They'll go away

Got a compliance notification for the watch sized battery in the Gingerbread house. Do I appeal this?

I guess one other thing. Didn't they ask for battery information in the past when creating the listings?  You might be able to delete the listing and create a new one with the battery compliance information checked off.

Not only gingerbread house, theres a whole bunch including blacksmith.

I sent these fuckers all data from duracell for all the listings just for the heck of it. Lets see what happens. Waiting for a canned response. They had ASIN's which clearly state AA batteries in the mine. Super AI from amazon.

I just noticed there are two listings for Boba Fett Helmet. I'm gated with one of the listings. Is the listing I'm ungated good?

honestly what difference does it make.  It's your "only" choice 😛

Yes, many thanks Tonka for following through on this.

I'll may later regret saying this, but ....

If folks want to DM their lists to me, I can collate them, remove dupes, and then pass them along to Tonka.  Should only take you a few mins.

  • go to manage inventory page
  • set page max list to 250 items (not sure how I did this)
  • search for "discontinued"
  • Highlight all the search results.  copy (Ctrl-C) and paste them into WordPad (or some other plain-text equivalent) doc.  (important **not** Word.  WordPad will save as plain text... no meta data)
  • save and send

If you want to delete some info, like quantity listed, that's OK by me.  All I need is the "B0..." ASIN field.

Your only option at this point is to reach out to Lego and ask them for the compliance documents.

Dear Lego,

I am writing you as I am having a difficult time selling some of your products on Amazon. I've purchased this set in vast quantities as it is better than gold, but Amazon is asking for compliance documents due to the fact that this set has a battery in it.

Could you please provide me the compliance documents so that I can continue rolling in the money?

Eternally grateful,
yyyybird111 (VIP # 8675309)

Just don't understand some sellers.  Been selling a set pretty steadily ($145ish) and increasing the price $1 every day and then this guy puts a price in $14 cheaper.  WTH!

You are lucky your starting price is $145.  Some sellers did the same thing on items that have been selling steadily at $50 range.  They went in at $35 and could have moved their inventory as fast at $45.  I need to find better "suppliers" for my stuffs I guess... :dontknow:

Any idea what caused the issue? Selling stock bought from supermarkets as new or something similar?
