Sounds like a good deal if they were LED or even the energy conserving bulbs. I have been staying well away from incandescent bulbs for years now.

I just checked my purchase.  They are actually the energy efficient kinds (40w bulbs that use only 29W of energy).  Technically they are halogen bulbs.

Target has BOGO 50% GE incandescent 40/60/80/100W lightbulbs. Plus 30% off via Cartwheel.

And I was now really thinking: "Target has 50% off on lightbulbs for the GE?" Well - a lighted one would look nice I suppose, but 100W bulbs?

 

I think it is too late to think straight for me. :)
