kenaijoe Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) TRU at 777 for star wars You're awesome. So at this rate they should be OOS in 5-6 days. Still in stock at WM. Limit 3. Edited November 14, 2014 by kenaijoe Quote
SnowmanOlaf Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Never know with TRU. They could start adding inventory or TLG could send them more. I don't know the ins and outs of that. All I know is what their online inventory currently stands at. But am feeling very bull'ish on star wars. I think Friends will be a complete flop. City should do ok. Quote
mscheaf Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Hopefully by the time they run out of Chi temples kids still care about Chima. Quote
ravenb99 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 There going quick. Went by my local TRU and they had a good 20 in stock. During Bricktober only had about a few out so probably last big push before they go. Picked up another 4 using the 15% off. Going back tomorrow to burn $175 in rewards with another 15% coupon tomorrow so will get some more. Quote

mscheaf Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Target in my area had about 10 on the shelf yesterday. Quote

A lot will sell earlier on these too as you usually give to the kid Dec 1 so they open 1 a day. In our case when we sell them the kid will have to open 2 a day by the time they get it! Quote

johnwray Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 I must have missed something, but why are people buying from TRU instead of shop@home where you can get VIP points? Quote

SnowmanOlaf Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) Interestingly, walmarts page isn't even indexed on google search results and it doesn't show up on google shopping either. I don't know what the reason for that is. But with amazon, target and toys r us(49 left) all OOS or almost OOS this early in season, I am expecting a repeat of last years performance. I am definitely buying more in the next few days. Edited November 15, 2014 by SnowmanOlaf 1 Quote
No More Monkeys Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 TRU.....poof Thanks! Do you know the counts for new Minecraft sets at TRU? Quote
SnowmanOlaf Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Nope, too new in their systems, will keep an eye out over the next few days. 1 Quote
exciter1 Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Nope, too new in their systems, will keep an eye out over the next few days. So, did the sale prices of the Star Wars Advent Calendar approach $100 last year, or closer to $75? Quote
kenaijoe Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I sold some of the City ones for $75 last year. I was late to the game and didn't get any of the SW ones. Quote
