legodelorean Posted August 15, 2014 Share Posted August 15, 2014 I will send the invoice within an hour or two of completed sell if the buyer does not pay immediately. After that I give them 2 days and then I send a polite reminder message. If they don't respond I let the unpaid item assistance open the case automatically. If they say they need more time I turn off the unpaid item assistant so a case is not automatically opened. After that I give them another 2-3 days and will send another message. If they don't respond within a day I open the unpaid item case and then it's another 3-4 days for that to close. It's a real hassle.
