comicblast
A few nice perks this month: Free Worriz' Fire Bike with purchases $50+ Free White Classic Spaceman promo with purchases $99+ September 17-30th VIPs get early access to a new Holiday themed set Batman Tumbler available on September 1st, 2014. New LEGO Catalog Hopefully, in the new catalog we'll see the new Lego Ideas sets, so we can figure out if they have the same "Limited" tag as the Mars Rover.
TheOrcKing
$100 for the Spaceman promo? Sheesh, the MINI polybag made more sense as you had to spend that much to purchase its 'big brother' but this is just nuts. Either way, thank you for posting this, comicblast. It will be a grand month seeing the UCS Tumbler come out for a drive.
Alpinemaps
As a collector of the holiday theme, I'm looking forward to the early access to the set.

Don't they have one for every half-year, like July-December 2014? Isn't that one already released?
rubysue74
The Fire Bike (8/25-9/14) & Spaceman (9/1-9/14) giveaways overlap so 2-for-1 situation similar to the VIP Mini Cooper release when the mini-Mini & Shredder were both given away. Makes for a little better deal on the over $100 stuff.

Isn't that one already released? No, they usually come out with them for every season. Plus a few additional ones for the holidays. Just checked my personal little collection of catalogs. For the last year, they are as follows: Fall 2013 Holiday 2013 Late Holiday 2013 (VIP members only) January 2014 Spring 2014 Summer 2014 I assume Lego will follow their previous patterns, and come out with a Fall catalog.

njseale
Two free poly's with a tumbler purchase is good enough for me.

zskid00
Two free poly's with a tumbler purchase is good enough for me. Yeah, I'm definitely ordering a Tumbler for my personal collection on 9/1 using some VIP points. I can't wait to build that one!

The white classic spaceman will probably fetch a fair price. The white ones are the hardest to find in good condition, it seems like the gold on their logo rubbed off the quickest for some reason. gregpj
Slave 1 as the early VIP set? Not likely.. says its a holiday set.
justafrog
I like that spaceman minifig better than the so-so mini cooper poly this month. Decisions, decisions...
@rtisan
Not likely.. says its a holiday set. Ahh, missed that. Santa`s Workshop then seems like the best bet.

Leopard_7
Looks like $99 is the new threshold for promos now Wouldn't be surprised, lego changed threshold for free shipping in Australia to $200 compared to $150 as well :S
Huskers1236
Wouldn't be surprised, lego changed threshold for free shipping in Australia to $200 compared to $150 as well :S Yeah, but for Aussies that just a few CMF's and a battle pack.
Leopard_7
Yeah, but for Aussies that just a few CMF's and a battle pack. It's not quite that bad... You might get a key chain as well...

justafrog
So how long before it will cost $100 in the US just to qualify for free shipping? Wait, I'm confused. If I am understanding correctly... it's possible to buy less than $100 from LEGO Shop at Home?! How is this miracle achieved? I've never heard of such a thing.

TheOrcKing
Wait, I'm confused. If I am understanding correctly... it's possible to buy less than $100 from S@H?! How is this miracle achieved? I've never heard of such a thing. It does seem that way. Between the cost of shipping and tax which even on a small order can tack on an extra $10 at least, it hardly could be considered cost effective to buy just one thing from Shop-at-Home (unless it was $80 or more).
