No More Monkeys
Just though that if somebody has Star Wars ships on display, it might be kinda neat to have blueprint posters hanging behind them. There is this set of books - ISBN 0756699894, which includes a set of posters. I believe these ones are from there: This is interesting as well, though I am not sure from which book exactly it is.
No More Monkeys
If you search for "star wars blueprints" and/or "star wars cross-section", you will find even more amazing variations, like MF Landing Gear blueprint
comicblast
Link to book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0756699894/sr=1-1/qid=1405623418/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&qid=1405623418&sr=1-1?
No More Monkeys
If you are adventurous enough, you could probably try to "part out" the books, posters specifically. Some ebay sellers I think are doing it...
No More Monkeys
And if you do have 10179 on display, you obviously have to have http://www.amazon.com/Millennium-Falcon-Owners-Workshop-Manual/dp/0345533046? , casually placed nearby...
legone
This blueprint is plainly "wrong". By the time they have this technology, the whole ship will have been built by robotic 3D printers and assembler in a day

I don't think they could build one in a day. Would they bother with tie fighters if they could just stamp out gazillions of imperial star destroyers?
