littlenicky
LEGOs are worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. More popular EOL LEGOs will be harder to find and more pricier than LEGOs not so popular. To get a guage on what that set would be worth marketwise, you can simply jump on eBay and do a search for "Lego 6383", then hit the completed auctions button. That'll give you a better sense of what the market yields for your set. But, because your box is a little damaged, it will be less than the avg NIB (New In Box) set. Mos_Eisley
To get a guage on what that set would be worth marketwise, you can simply jump on eBay and do a search for "Lego 6863", then hit the completed auctions button. Better yet, just click "LEGO Price Guide" at the top of this page (or the second link along the left of the home page) and enter your set number. The values on BrickPicker.com are compiled from the completed sales on eBay. Depending on the damage, the value could be a little less than a pristine sealed set, or considerably less. Less than new but more than used.
stephen_rockefeller
The set is worth around 600 bucks MISB so less than that since the box is damaged, but lilnicky is correct, it is really worth what someone is willing to pay. put it up on ebay and you never know what could happen, someone that cant live without it might pay 600+ for it. not saying that will happen but you never know. set a reserve if you dont feel comfortable that it will get what you want out of it. if you need any tips about Ebay just ask there some profesional ebayers on this site.
