gorbasho
What advantages have you guys found with the Duck brand? I have been using this Scotch tape with no complaints and it is actually more yards per dollar than the Duck.

At the least, the Duck one mentioned above is heavy duty (3.1 mil), your scotch one is light duty - 2.4 mil you would have to be comparing with this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000087KUA

That is, the cheaper brands will have a tendency to "release" sooner. Since I boxed all of my bigger sets up for storage/moving, I didnt want to buy cheap tape that would not stay stuck for 2-4 years or would be affected by humidity. I do not have experience with the specific tape you mention, this was based on the "cheap" stuff that can be had at WM, Staples etc... Scotch usually makes good stuff, so if the reviews were solid it would be worth a try.
