Matt C.
Hey guys i placed an order on Lego Shop on Sunday for the Diagon Alley set, and the order status page says it is in Customer Service. Does anyone know what that means? Now that the set is in "Call for Availability" status it made me think that i didn't order it in time and they might have to cancel my order. I see that all the time when I order. That being said, sometimes there is an issue. You can call Customer Service to clear it up.

Iain79
I noticed this on my order as well, I just understood it to mean they were picking the order. A couple of days later it changed to 'shipped', and everything arrived ok.
stephen_rockefeller
It could mean many things, one time on one of my orders it meant "you aren't gonna get this set and we wanna see you sweat it out for a few days" lol
