redhen
I am looking at buying a Taj Mahal from somebody. Haven't seen the box in person yet but it's supposed to be unopened (but with some damage). I am hoping I could at least verify the weight is correct before buying it, since it's kind of a big investment.
Arcanum777
That place must be hundreds of thousands of tons.... ba da ba. Seriously though, the box is listed as 6.402kg total weight.

StarPod
How much does 14,558 lego bricks weigh? There should be 3 sets in a bin. However were not sure if they're complete. How much would you imagine this many pieces weighing?
Huskers1236
Are the all the same size? 14k 1x1 plates and 14k 2x2 bricks would be completely different.

Huskers1236
According to Bricklink, those 3 sets should weigh 51.65 lbs. I assume this weight includes the box, but not sure. Hope this helps.

Darth Lego
Does Lego not release package weight on these sets? Surely that info would be around somewhere. I looked on LEGO Shop at Home and I didn't see any weights. I then checked Target.com and they had the product weights on there. They don't have the weights for the sets Starpod is looking for though because they are retired.
redeemed763
Are we looking for the weight of the bricks or the total set?

gefmayhem
Hi folks. I bought a 'sealed' set 8547 from a colleague at work. It appears to be sealed but 2 of the seals look as if they could have been opened and resealed. I want to sell this but am reluctant to sell it as sealed if it isn't, so I thought I'd check the weight. Bricklink says 2157, my set weighs 2072 and Brickset says 2060. Can anyone tell me accurately the weight of a set they own? - cheers

stackables
Can anyone give me a rough estimate on how heavy 4 figs would weigh? Specifically Homer, Lisa, Ralph and where's my pants guy? I think I will eventually get a digital scale.
