wilandirene
Hi I came across a local seller with this for $500. It's complete in box, with manual in good shape. Should I bite for $500? eBay completed listings say it's a good deal but I also worry about a rerelease, etc. Any and all opinions welcomed! MartinP
I would get it for $500 or less. It's a good deal because it is value over $700 used. I wouldn't worry about Lego remaking this set again.
NJHitmen
Assuming it's in good shape, you aren't going to do a whole lot better than that. I'd buy it myself at that price. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker
Bold-Arrow
good price for your own collection...as martin stated, chances of a UCS remake are low

Raykong
it's also amazing to look at after you build it - so big it, build it, and then you can always sell it later - you won't lose money that's for sure
Arcanum777
I sold mine on EBay for $750 in that same condition - the listing was up for about a day. You will love the build and won't have any issue selling it for at least the price you paid when it is time.
@rtisan
I`d do it as well, flip it and you can more than likely clear $150+, either that or it`s a pretty good price for your collection.
wilandirene
Awesome, thanks for all the opinions. I'll go pick it up later today!
Silburned
I have a local seller as well, complete good condition and manuals but no Box. Asking $500. Thinking I might pick it up for a flip.
MarleyMoose
I would do it. If you buy it and want to trade it let me know. I have an advert in the BrickTrader section.
Kriterian
I guess this answers my question of should I pick up a SSD NSIB for $550.

Congrats on the find! I would do it. If you buy it and want to trade it let me know. I have an advert in the BrickTrader section. Thanks, I bought it. My son and I are still building it (hard to find time lol), I don't think I'm planning to get rid of it any time soon but if I do, I'll let you know.
